Welcome to Swallow barn olives, We have been established for 6 years and we specialise in producing the freshest tasting olives to supply delicatessents, farm shops and restaurants across the uk.

We mainly use Halkidiki olives from a co-operative of Greek olive farms. The olives are of a consistent high quality as we have an excellent relationship with the supplier. We take the olives and dress them using locally sourced herbs and spices with a light coating of oil. We then seal the olives in vacuum pouches to lock in the freshness. We also supply Kalamata, Spanish and Moroccan olives.
